It's significantly older, try 1982 in Tron.

Ok, I have a quick question. I re-read thru this thread but I guess I misunderstood something.
I'm currently vanquishing Nebo Terrace on my Rit, but it's the same old Nebo Terrace that i'm used to....nothing new. This Rit has completed NF and EotN, but not Prophecies or Factions. I thought any char that had finished EotN or Prophecies was eligible?
My Elementalist that has been everywhere and done everything saw the new content earlier.

You need to complete Prophecies on that character for the peacekeepers to appear I'm not sure if EotN needs to be completed but I know prophecies at this point does need to be completed.

I'm having the exact same issue on my Rit as well. He's finished all three campaigns + EOTN, along with the Zinn quest.

hmm I found them on my Rit, who's done all the same as you Sante.
I spirit spam solo'd all of them (in 2 diff zones), nothing interesting dropped. I was sort of hoping they might have something new, esp a green for the bosses, but since noone has reported anything at this point, either they most likely don't have anything interesting or it hasn't been put in yet.
The most interesting thing about them was their skins and builds.

I haven't completed prophecies, but i have completed eotn, factions and NF on my ranger and she could see the peacekeepers in Nebo Terrace, but not in the area outside ToA.
And no i havent finished Zinn's Task on my ranger either.. This then doesnt really make sense on who can see them and who cant :P

So if the foes are there and part of the vanquish, is the foe count updated on the wiki's AND is the reward updated to include those foes in it?

Depends if you updated the respective page or not. Anet doesn't, so the Wiki needs people like you and me to provide all the correct information.

My hunch is that this is a temporary addition, so no use in updating the wiki vanq #s.

Anyone else hope that when they are done with this event, they make the camp a permanent place on the map that you can map travel to?
That area is one of the most sparsely 'populated' areas with outposts.

The ones outside ToA don't spawn every time. My rit finished EotN this morning, has finished Factions, but has not finished NF or Prophecies. He went to ToA right after finishing EotN and got the Peacekeeper spawn.

It would be good if they made it into a full on outpost. One thing I liked about factions and NF is nearly every area had at least one outpost attached to it where as a lot of Proph had none

I completed proph but not EotN and I have the peacekeepers spawn, so I guess you don't need the second one done.
These new mobs were a real surprise, I just got in ToA from Beetletune to farm caromi tengu scalps and had a moment of shock - what, I don't remember these people, were they always here and I totally forgot? Tryin' to kill them solo I got the answer tthey were not a normal krytian monster level...havoc!
Btw this new war thing sounds funny!

I would like that, so I wouldn't have to run to it each time. Not sure how complicated the logistics would be though...
At the very least, it would be cool if it stayed. Though whether that makes sense depends how the plot goes.

Actually yeah, the logistics are where it will get screwed up. most map changes have 'pinch' portals, and it will be hard to do that in that area without adding to the terrain/scenery

Adding the camp itself changed the terrain/scenery, the area is pretty much blocked off by logs/spikes as well
And they have done these types of things before (think Barradin's Estate and Sardelac Sanitarium)

The difference here is that it isnt just the camp itself. you have a training area across the path (also fenced off) and then you have the paths leading up to it on either side where Blade members patrol/drop down. If you were to ignore those, I still wouldnt suggest splitting the camp and training area.
